Ninja Master's JP Homecart

Looking to buy this (have a wtb thread here of course!) and of the copies about so far (without fade) this one caught my eye.

Looks good to me but best to check. The seller has sold a fair few legit homecarts, but did have an MS1 conversion up as the real deal (discussion a couple of threads below in fact). If I'm honest I'm not sure what the state of play is regarding JP NM conversions. I don't recall seeing one with manual to the standard of those damn MS1s, U11s, BTGs, but maybe I have and not realised! Any thoughts appreciated.

I'd say it's real but overpriced. £300 is about the most you should pay imo.
