Chaos Field: New Order... what's different?

I happened to come across this game and was curious as to whether it has anything specific to offer as opposed to the original, and if so is it worth dropping around $50 on? I did enjoy the original Chaos Field, so this one certainly has me interested.

I'm pretty sure it's just a different name for the PS2 version.

Havn't played it on any other system than Gcube, and needless to say it's a pretty bad port
