I'm sure once I've done this a few times it'll be easy, but at the moment I'm so so lost. I've got a Naomi motherboard, GD-Rom, Sound amp?, Jamma connector thing, a PCB with audio jacks, and what appears to be an ATX power supply... I have an Egret 29 with a jamma extension cable... and I am so lost. A quick google for a diagram resulted in nothing related, and a few forum posts that pointed to a dead link for a diagram...

EDIT:
So I've found this:
http://www.sega-naomi.com/resources/manuals/NaomiWD.pdf

The power connector on my PSU isn't the same as anything in my cab. I'm assuming it'd be just as easy to tear off the end and put a power cable on it, yes? Then I'd need two power plugs to play my naomi stuff? One for the cab and one for the naomi? I'd rather be sure before I plug it in.. I don't want to fry anything.

That page is a good resource.

Basically, if you have a seperate power supply for the Naomi(which you need for GDROM use), you do need to to make something that connects that power supply to a regular power cord to plug it in. So yes, you will have two power cords running out of your cab.

That page is awesome. It's also bookmarked! I *think* she's going to run now. Just need to figure out the hi/low-res dip and find myself a VGA cable to go to the I/O I'll know for sure!

So now I've got power, everything turns on and makes sounds. I don't have a VGA cable on hand (how that's possible I still don't know). But I'm relatively unsure as to what to do about the speakers. I see the speakers out part on the naomi audio amp, but I'm not really sure how to get to my speakers..

You have to wire them to your speakers just like anything else.

Edit: your io should convert to regular jamma so you can get mono sound and use the existing amp in your cab. I have a capcom io and am unfamiliar with the other io sets TBH. The faq I linked to should have the info you need.
