modded AES Debug Bio question

i cant figure out how to set the free play and many other options , is there an FAQ type thing or how to guide out there , or if any one could answer this i would be greatfull. please dumb down any answers talk slow and don't use any big words .thanks wink

Free play is a hardware dip and therefore is not available on a home system. Doesn't really matter, though, because you can add credits in MVS mode anyway. If you need to know how to work the debug bios, look around this site a little closer...
