How to open a AES console???

There is only one (1) screw under my AES. When I remove it , nothing happens, it sticks like glue. How do I open it?!?

Try searching below the foam (4 pieces under your Neo)...there you'll find the missing screws

yeah, you can replace the pads easily enough with some contact adhesive.
