Anyone ever purchase anything from this guy?

http://www.angelfire.com/dc2/jamma_converter

And how difficult is it to make such a thing? I just e-mailed him and I'm waiting for a price quote; any opinions on what the price for something like this should cost?

Thanks fellas.

You should ask Beat_Receptacle. He made something like that.

I started a thread about this not too long ago, but I didn't get any responses about its quality

I'm trying to build one for my PS2 to Neo Candy. Parts shouldn't cost too much. Be sure to check out gamesx to find out the tech specs.

Hey Amix,

Let us know how much he wants for such a unit?? I have too many consoles, I would want one that just has RCA inputs & Volume control. I'd rather just use the console controllers instead spock

I highly doubt it since the monitor needs an RGB signal. You could, however, rip apart your existing multi-AV cable and tap the RGB and sync signals, given that the cable has those pins present.

I'm still trying to get a JAMMA fingerboard. This guy here hasn't replied to my e-mail. I hear he's the best/cheapest around.

Hey,

Try this guy for the fingerboard, that is where I'm going to order mine from. The Real Bob Roberts. He's pretty cool, I just got through ordering a Happ ultimech from him, pretty cheap & fast shipping. Money orders only, no Paypal. smirk

They will be on the connectors page.

as for the DC thing, that looks pretty cool! I would take one, or make one if I had any idea of what it took to do so,lol...

as for THE REAL BOB ROBERTS, I fully stand behind the guy! He has great comms and his products come in excellent condition and well packed in a timely manor. I highly recommend him, as will many other from around here!

Edit: Oh, and I sent him a personal check in the mail and got my item in 8-9 days from the time I sent out my check. Great guy!
