Never agreed with the addition of story / scenes elements in the series, but I'm suddenly in the mood for an Ace Combat game. Spent quality time with AC2.

I felt the same way when Metal Slug series went on to portable systems. Probably has to do with dev costs. At least you can link the PSP onto PS3 to play.
