No Picture - Help!!!

I'm getting no picture from my 25" Neo cab.

I do get sound from the speakers, and I can hear the games running.

There is a new "ticking" sound coming from the back of the cabinet.

Is my tube dead?
What troubleshooting can I do?
How much should I pay to have it fixed?

Make sure your board's BIOS chip is seated firmly. I've experienced similar problems and the "ticking" sounds when my BIOS needed reseating.

Hmmmm...do I need to place or slide something under the mainboard to prevent craking it when I press down? Or is it well supported?
