I'm interested in this device, and wondered if anyone has used it to play video on their GBA SP or DS?
If so, how did you find using it? Is the conversion process easy and user firendly?

Well, I have had one since 2006, was fairly good there was a website that you just downloaded them onto them!. i mean the movies are watchable audio is ok, but with the psp's/ipod's ect....

P.S I had the Compact Flash model 2, which could play Nes games, i believe that the SD Model couldn't have this feature but it was a bit smaller.

Thanks Appleidog

I've been offered one of them. The model 2. Does it come with all the software to convert? Is it fairly idiot proof?

Conversion for the gba movie player is idiot proof, you can even convert in batches.

Yeah, its very simple to use! It should come with software to my recollection, on a mini Gamecube like CD, but you can easily get software on the good ol' internet.

That is kinda cool. Didn't know it existed.

Yeah they were really cool, I originally got it cause it could run Nes ROMS.
and you can put your own skins on them, my one has a PSP like interface
Oh and you could also get, Gameboy color emu for it as well.

P.S
A quick review

I have the older GBA movie player, the one that needs a GBA game installed in the slot inorder to work. I probably was using the older converting software but the audio was always out of sync. It took a long time to convert and wasn't really worth the trouble IMO since the results were not very impressive.
