wiring speakers on 4slot board to dedicated mvs-4-25

i bought a 4slot awile back and just noticed when i was hooking up my mv-ic that the speaker swhere ran thru the headphone jack how would i go about wiring this to use the speakers and headphone jacks at the same time links would be very much aprcated also.and this is what looks to be a conversion from a 1 or 2 slot to 4 slot new style

In a 4-slot pcb the speakers should be wired through the main harness (see manuals at <a href="http://www.hardmvs.com" target="_blank">www.hardmvs.com</a> ). Then you could hook up the headphones to the headphone connector.
