Ahhh, I finnally finished it (well almost)! Here are the pics:

And if you just look at the directory, ( http://web.njit.edu/~jal0737/Home%20MVS/ ) you can see my RGB converter as well as some other things related to the system.

The system is not much to look at, I still have to put a button on the power switch, and the joystick and AV ports don't look all that great. I also might not put a cover on the top as it's easier to access the DIP settings this way, plus it's nice to have the board arranged that way because of how I have the sound wire up (had to use the headphone connectors, the JAMMA pins were dead). I'm still very pleased with the way things turned out. I owe a lot of thanks to many different people. There are so many at www.neo-geo.com who helped me out, as well as Chris at the www.ngfusa.com boards helped me out a LOT. I can't thank all you guys enough, as I'm now playing all the Neo games I could want and I'm so friggin happy about all of it. Thanks.

Peace

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I set it up so that you can plug in your regular Neo sticks (not the pads, they won't work) into the controller ports I built and have the select button function as input coin <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> . I know I could just turn on free play, but there's just something about being able to put in as many coins as you want and here the "ching" as the machine thinks it's getting money.
I'm also going to buy some felt or something like that to put around the edge of the joysticks. This way your wrists won't take a beating or get sore after playing for a long time. That and i have to find a button for the power switch.

Peace

it still looks really awsome. How hard was it to wire up?

The joysticks (?), not that hard. Just tedious. The only hard thing was the RGB to NTSC converter. That's what was the killer. That and the wood work. I wanted the joysticks to be comfortable to use, that was a lot of drilling and testing on scrap pieces of wood.
