S video mod for AES

Is there 2 kinds of s video mods for the aes?I've herd that component is not much better than s video at least on the aes system.

as I understand, some people build the circuit inside, and others use a Neobitz or jrok encoder.


also, there was a thread discussing s-vid compared to componant (I think s-vid won the argument)

www.jamma-nation-x.com sells a little S-video mod kit for Genesis/Neo Geo AES that's crazy easy to do and looks amazing.

I highly recommend it. I use it on my genesis and it makes a world of difference. It's actually really close to RGB quality.

Not sure about all S-video mods, but this one is night and day compared to composite.

look in the store under Home Consoles/Accessories and scroll to the bottom.

Just get a DIY svideo kit from jeff kurtz. (neobitz.com)

Megamod style vs encoder. Still better to just use DIY svideo kit than do the megamod.
