Hardly technical, but how do you remove marker from a case?

Here's the deal...

I need to know how to remove marker from the inside of a new-style NeoGeo case.

Basically a seller sold me a game, and autographed the inside cover of it. So you know, when you flip it open it reads something like

"To Joshua, a True $%$$ - $%$%"

The deal went bad, I sent the game back for a refund or other merchandise I chose. I didn't remove it, because we agreed that the game was to be returned in the same condition it was received.

Anyone know how the seller can remove the red marker (I believe it was red) from the case without damaging it, so he can sell the game to someone else?

C'mon, someone has to know how to remove the autograph. Please?

The seller has told me it's indelible ink and it can't be removed. Nevermind, this probably won't end well and I'd better keep it private.

If its on a plastic surface Iso Alchohol will remove it, when your done its also good with a twist of lemon.

Lighter Fluid. The kind you use in Zippo lighters.

Use hairspray, I use it on CD's I get from the radio station and the marker comes right off.
