I'm getting a warbling video signal( kind of a distortion vertically on the tube) from my new candy and 1 slot board. I've tried playing with the monitor settings, but no go so far. Any ideas?

check your voltage output from the power supply , see if it clears it up.

I borrowed this from another thread , It was posted bye NightmareTony

Take a voltmeter; set it to a voltage range. Set the black lead to pin 1 or 2 at the edge, then the red goes to 3 or 4 which has red wires. You should be reading 5.00 volts or so. Adjust the power supply to reach that reading.

I had to come back and tell you this is refering to checking the voltage on the Jamma harness , otherwise it probably does not make much sense.

If you still have the problem with the 5 volts set correctly, chances are your monitor pcb may need a cap kit.
