MVS Memory card help?

I have obtained an MVS memory card interface. I use a JPN Candy machine that doesn't have a place for this, but I plan to just mount the interface card with a mem card inside. I have all the cabling, but I don't know what to terminate where... Can anyone help? I have a 4 slot board. Thanks.

My 4 slot board had a Memory card slot built directly on the board next to the joystick ports. Is yours different i thought most 4 slots were like that if not all of them. Maybe I am wrong though. I just pluged the card in there and left it.
