NAOMI Marvel vs. Capcom 2 ROM test question

So I'm checkin' out this cab with MVC2 in it and everything checks out good it seems like (other than the sh*tty monitor). The RAM test is good, sound is good and all the inputs work, but when I run the ROM test the first ROM comes up as "---------" instead of "good" or "pass" or whatever. Is this normal for a NAOMI cart?

DO NOT run the NAOMI system at 5.2 volts or above! Those tiny buffer chips on the carts are VERY finicky about the voltage and tend to fry. 5.1 MAX!
