My Big Red has one of the sticks that feels "sticky". (best way I can think to describe it) I took it apart and cleaned it up. It did make a improvement, but it's still not a nice feeling as the player 2 stick. Perhaps bushings need replacement? How do you usually fix your sticks?

What did you use to clean the stick? I had sticky buttons once and used some rubbing alcohol and that did the job. Don't pour it on the components. Just a little dab of it on a piece of cloth and some cleaning should do the trick. I wouldn't sweat it. Replacing them would be the best bet. What kind of sticks are they? I might have what you need.

Well that is greatly appreciated. Do you need some Neo decals? I think it would be the least I could do.
Just looked on the interweeb, and the handles do look like the happ's, but the under part is different. Those are round, mine are square, but I'm sure Happ's will work better than what's in there regardless. Mine I guess could just be older happs also. Who knows.
