It does actually have an adjustable 5v on it, wish I would have known it was overkill sooner, could have saved a few bucks. Finally got the setup powering on (right now just using an RGB-composite converter to the tv), just trying to figure out why my picture seems to be blurry. Most of the stationary text seems to be coming out fine but the character sprites and scrolling text (testing on Samurai Showdown) come out pretty blurry, hopefully its not just because of the cheap video converter. Since the MVS outputs combined video sync and the converter board I am using has a compliment of six inputs, I should just be able to input the combined sync on the fifth input and leave the sixth one unused, right? Man I suck at this...
