How is it? I've been watching videos on this game and it looks like Raiden meets Batsugun. The music's great! Gazelle seems more Toaplan in spirit than early Cave was.

Just play the rom and see if it is your cup of tea. I think the game is great but it can be a turn off for some for its sheer degree of difficulty.
Gazelle might seem on the same spirit with toaplan 'cause in fact the main man running the show was a Toaplan employee, however this very same man end up spearheading the Guwange project, one of cave's finest hours.

Yeah I know Gazelle is ex-Toaplan, hence the comparison I made between between Gazelle/Cave. Yes Air Gallet and Guwange are both Joker Jun games. About the rom...we'll i've never had a PC that has been able to run MAME properly. I guess emulation just isn't for me.

Really? Well, I'm sorry if I missed the obvious, I was just trying to shed some light into the thread in order to help you out, my mistake for not putting two and two together.
Any low end computer now days will run Mame just fine, get an old version of Mame or something. If not then simply buy the PCB and find out for yourself, the game is good enough and well sought after if you don't like it so you're money won't go to waste.

Truth in advertising: my socks were indeed blown off. 
i totally mark out for Gazelle games as i mentioned in the shooter daily check thread. Over in the beat 'em up thread, the Sailor Moon game by Gazelle is getting hated on. :-S I happen to love it. Back on topic: this PCB is worth it because (as mentioned above) if it ends up *not* being your cup of tea, you will have zero trouble unloading it.
