WTB Neo Geo CD (from US seller)

I would like a Neo Geo CD, and I would like it to be as cheap as possible. This doesn't mean that I want to lowball you, it means that:

I don't need a box
I don't need games
I don't need controllers (1 might be ok)
It can be in terrible physical condition

I just want a functional Neo Geo CD, but,

If you have a mint/boxed NGCD or a bundle with games or whatever else, PLEASE feel free to send me a PM anyway, I will entertain any and all offers.

Nobody is going to reply to this thread but me, and I will not get any PMs. I can feel it...

Sometimes I wonder, "why even bother? I could just buy one on ebay. That could be immediately gratifying."

But then I realize how much I hate dealing with ebay and how much better it is to just do a deal over PMs or e-mail. I also remember how careful and conscientious video game collectors are, and how unlikely I'd be to buy a lemon if I just waited until somebody on this forum PMs me.

But for some reason, I still think this pursuit will ultimately be fruitless and futile.

Fuck those guys on Neo-Geo.com. I mean, seriously, at least one of them has to have a NGCD they want to get rid of. AT LEAST ONE OF THEM. Right? I mean, it only makes sense. It's not like I want to lowball anybody, it's just that I want an *easy* and *SMOOTH* transaction from the people that frequent this website.

Maybe that's too much to ask.

I will, however, wait until the time comes.

Thanks for the heads up, but that particular system does not have a functional laser. I could try to find another parts NGCD and piece together a working system, but it doesn't seem worth it--I'd rather just pay more for a working one.

sorry man. I didn't really check it out much. I was eyeballing that Jag/cd until the price magically went up. So I kinda just skimmed it, and then thought of your WTB ad.
