If MVS cart reader connectors is wired to AEScart connectors. would it be same as MVStoAES converter:cool:

MVS carts don't always use the maximum number of pins and can leave some pins unconnected, but I don't think I've ever seen an AES cart with missing pins.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say no. If it was that easy, they'd be all over the place and converters wouldn't cost $250+.
