Super neo 29 candy

Iam new to this site and could do with some help.
I want to get a mvs cab and was looking at the super 29 candy on arcade infinity's web site,It says $425, Is that ready to play mvs?
Also does anyone know if they ship to the UK?
Any advice on what to go for?
I could do withe some tips,Thanks.

In theory those cabs should have a MVS wiring but since they are 2nd hand they may well have been rewired differently (Jamma).
I contacted the folks at arcade-infinity a while ago and they told me they're willing to ship overseas but warned me that shipping would be outrageous (about as much as the cab itself).
Also, keep in mind that even if you had one of those cabs in your home right now, you wouldn't be ready to go: the monitors require 100/120VAC, 60HZ whereas in Europe we have 230VAC (I think it's 240 in UK), 50Hz so you'll need a power transformer and a powerful one considering a 29" monitor wattage is in the 100/130W range or so. Also, the power supply may not be switchable to 230VAC, in which case you'll have to replace it.
As you can see, the whole thing has (too?) many drawbacks...

They are in UK so shipping shouldn't be that bad. I wish I had a deal like that in Spain.
