Hi guys,
Im a new Neo Geo MVS owner and a relative noob at arcade machines and have a few questions. I did a search on this and couldnt seem to find an answer so thought id post.
So whomever owned my cab previously has it set to difficulty 8 and I wanted to adjust this but the Test Button behind the coin mech doesnt seem to work. I read in a pdf of the Owners Manual that you change that stuff from this menu. Ive tried with the game in and out and no response so i think the button is dead. Is there any other way to access it, such as from the default options menu (the one that comes up when no game is in and the machine is on). Also, the DIPs on the main menu are set at 1(0)2(0)3(0)4(0)5(0)6(0)7(1)8(0) is this normal? i cant seem to find what the default should be and what changing these do.

So when im on the Main Menu on the I/O Input test screen, when I hit the Test button it shows it go form (0) to (1) so the button does work... but I can never seem to pull up that menu...
