Amiga Monitor Question

I have an Amiga 1084s monitor which I was planning to play with some vertically oriented shooters. Is it ok to put the monitor on the side, or the colours will go all funny, like normal TVs do?

I always turn my monitors to the side and they work fine. You shouldnt have any problems.

go right ahead and flip that sucker, I've never had issues with this sort of thing on mine.

shouldn't be a problem, just make sure it's turned off before you flip it, the only time i have messed a monitor up is turning it on it's seide while switched on (FIXED ITSELF OVER TIME BUT THE IMAGE WAS SHITE FOR AGES!)
