Panasonic Q Optical & Region Mod Help Wanted

Looking for someone in the Asia region to help me mod my Panasonic Q for optical audio and to make the DVD side region free (there is a Panasonic service disc for this). I can provide a GC component or D cable for the mod. Ideally, I want to use the existing SPDIF port on the machine.
