I have a super neo29 and my screen isn't perfect in regards to the geometry. I tried adjusting it through the cross hatch and controls under the cp but can't get it perfectly centered. The top is fine but the bottom is a bit off. When I fill the entire screen the word credit on the left bottom side is fine but the word credit on the right goes below the screen (basically you only see half of the word credit). I know these monitors are old have have been played a lot but would a cap fix this or is it something else that would need adjusted. Other than this the picture looks great. I am just anal and it bothers me a bit.

Getting the geometry right in a CRT is a artform...

...but seriously, it is very hard in my experience. I have a old top of the line Sony XBR CRT and I have never been able to get the geometry perfect in that thing.

CRT are not made perfect.. You must either live with the imperfections or replace the tube.

A cap kit will not change anything.
