Music problem on my consolized MVS

I have a Neobitz consolized MV1FZ with unibios 3.0. Music in games is always glitchy and I just ignored it because it was minor. But I just opened a brand new MS4 kit and the music just grinds on that one. The problem is less noticable on older games than newer ones, with ms4 being the worst. Sound effects and graphics are perfect. I blasted the cartridge slot with a can of air, with no change. Any other ideas? Or is there a way to just disable music?

How do you have your audio out wired up? Did you do the 1FZ stereo mod?

I got it from Neobitz so do not know about how it was wired.

Ah then Jeff surely has done the stereo mod already. Could always shoot him an email or PM here...

It seems like it could be a problem with my psu, going to get a new one and hopefully that solves it.
