Neo Geo MVS Woody monitor issue?

I have a Neo Geo MVS Woody that I just got. I saw it turned on and tested and the cross hatch screen came on. Then when I got it home when I hook it up the monitor is just black. What could be the problem? I know there is power because there is a buzzing sound in the back and there is also a small red light that indicates there is power. Any opinions?

Are you sure its a monitor issue?

Are you getting sound from the PCB?

The JAMMA harness has been hooked up to a two slot the whole time. When we tested it first then there was a cross hatch screen then when it was in my home the cross hatch screen was gone. I even put carts on both slots and no sound.
