Hi, i was trying to play my pc engine and atari 2600 using their old rf leads but trying to get the tv to auto scan and get a picture just wasnt working. Any ideas? should i use a crt tv or just try and manual scan? Thanks in advance :)

Use a crt dude. Running your old school consoles using rf, composite on a lcd is really not worth it. Its going to look like crap.

Cheers RAZO bud, i was thinking it might not be the best idea on the lcd, but it saved having to lug out the 28" crt. It was manly to test the were both working ok, i did almost get a picture out the woody atari but then it went again. Heavy crt here i come

Its quite simple to mod the PCE for RGB and the 2600 for S-video. You'd get a nice picture on your LCD with those mods.
