Neo Geo Arcade Machine - No Red !!

I just received a Neo 29 cabinet and stuck a new 4-slot in it. Red is missing... When I do the color test, the red box is blue. It does not appear to be the monitor as it displays red in the power up mode. The red and blue gain do nothing. Video Connection who sold me the 4-slot says it is probably the wires mixed up.

Anybody have this problem ? Any ideas ??

If you can, try to get ahold of another JAMMA board to pop in the Neo's place. See if this board can produce a red. If not, its a wiring problem with the JAMMA harness.... If it does produce red..... Maybe the connection on the Neo board has a problem, or a problem on the board itself...

That is a good idea, I will pick one up off of E-Bay and give it a spin. I did notice when the machine starts up that it displays red, so I am hopeful the monitor is not shot...
