im wondering, why in the hell nitd has slowdown?

this is a fairly simple game...

i notice it slows down every now and again and gets quite fkn annoying when it does..

i like this game, but am wondering if anyone else has noticed slowdown..

Yes,I noticed a lot of slowdown in this game also.
Especially when a lot of stuff is going on.
Still a fun game.
I'm looking forward to Zupapa also, since it seems to be the same type of gameplay.

If this game was truely created 7 or so years ago as some claim, the slowdown would be from the time when it was still showed in many games.

All they would have needed to do is optimize the code to dump it, of course this might be much easier said than done. Look at MS2 compared to MSX.

I guess we Neo fans have to pay a price to get a change of pace! NitD is definitely a change.

I'm waiting on a Zupapa MVS cart right now, hopefully it will be better than NitD (or at least as good!)

Zupapa is a million times better... and has no slow down at all, even in two player mode. If you like NITD, Zupapa will really be a nice addition to your library.

Zupapa has been out for weeks buddy... you can get it at just about any place that sells MVS games. I got one on the 10th from Cosmico, another from Apple Photo Systems (through VC) It is worth getting, and I am sure it is going to be a hard one to find in the days to come... I see this as a real small production run. Later,

Adol, does your Zupapa have an EPROM for the M1 chip on the second board? I think all do, and I was hoping for a second run to remove it, but I don't think we will see that now.

Apple wanted $450 on release... Cosmic wanted $250. OK yeah it was stupid to buy the complete kit from Apple when it first came out, but I wanted this game I sold off the complete kit already when I learned it was identical to my Cosmic purchase...
