I have a MAS stick that was rewired to work specifically with neo systems. It is in fantastic shape. It originally had 2 rows of 4 buttons. 4 of the buttons were taken out and the ones that were left were left in to look like a traditional neo cab set up. The bottom left button is red and the top right three button are yellow, green, and blue. I am not sure what company the buttons are made by, but the buttons are identical to what you would find in a big red. The stick is "stiff and clicky", very nice. There are two more white buttons on top that allow you two select games on multi slot hardware and then of course a start button. Both of these buttons are white and the start button has a "player 1" guy on it. I am trying to be descriptive as possible as I have no way of posting pics. This thing is in top shape! Very heavy and solid, will not move around while playing. For those who care, the four buttons that were taken out can still be put back in and you could rewire it for something else if you like. (I do not have any extra buttons). For an idea of what it looks like, if you don't already know, just search for a picture of a single player MAS stick, they should be pretty similar.
