It's been a very long time coming, but I finally have my MVS supergun playable. I'm in heaven. It's taken me 4 days and 4 very late nights, but I have it almost completed, but its been playable since yesterday. I have the following games:

KOF2k
MOTW
MS3
Blazing Star
SS4
LB2

On fridays, I go to a club at my college, TOGL (The Online Gamers League), where we mostly play PC games. Last night we had a dose of both PC and NeoGeo. We played all the games (even beat Blazing star), but MOTW by far got the most attention. It was awesome, we played for hours. I didn't get to play as much as my friends did because the previous 3 days of no sleep caught up with me and I fell asleep f a little while. Reguardless, there is a group of people now who are insisting I bring it in again next friday, I think I may be getting some good competition, I'm so friggin happy.
I can' wait till its all finished, it'll be a lot easier to carry around. It doesn't now or will it ever physically look as good as I hoped, but it plays flawlessly. At least my joysticks look ok ( http://web.njit.edu/~jal0737/Joystick.jpg ). I'll post some pics of the final system when I finish it.

Peace

Well done the homemade joystick looks not bad at all,I would not have been able to do it,i have to use the control ports on the slot machine itself when i use my super gun or otherwise i have to use the crapy sega pads on the supergun itself and they suck, look forward to seeing the machine itself <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Nice one, always feels good when you make something custom made. Sticks look very nice, i'd even wanna use em, has the button layout just like I like it on SNK games.

That's REALLY cool, JHendrix. The sticks look GREAT! Are there 2 or just 1 right now? Anyway, great job. It's always cool to have MADE something and enjoy it. Sounds like you might have a bunch of converts on your hands as well!
