Neo Cart Mod

Just got a modded Neo Cart system and was wondering if anyone could help me. The only games I can get a debug menu are the Metal Slug games. Are there any other games that have a debug menu? Are there any games that just don't work with the debug bios? Are there any button combos that work (A or B+Start for example) to give you extra items, or credits, etc? How do I set set the system to MVS mode? Thanks ahead of time for any help...

On controller 2, hold Select and C together.
