Hello guys
Please, i need your help.
Have you idea of what else can be used as extension cables for the Neo sticks?
I just can't found the original ones!
(if they actually exist).
Thanks in advance.

Yes you can - its a standard PC connector. So go to a PC shop and ask for a 15-way extension cable - take your stick with you

I have found that no you can't. the pc/mac extension cables are too short and will not connect properly if at all. I have 4 of these cables at home and none of them work so beware.

Depends how long u want it, and how long a cable you buy!

Yeah, they do work, but maybe you didn't get quite the right type. I've known them to work fine.

I have yet to see any cable that is built with an elongated connector like the ones you find on the Neo games. I have both joystic extentions and I have Mac monitor extentions (virtually the same thing) and neither one works, If anyone has found one that does please let us know where you got it.

oh no, not again...

do it yourself. made your own, dammit!

buy those DB15 male+female & shave 'em with grinder/sander or something. get 15 pieces of thin wires & solder it, with 1 to 1 pin position.
it work coz i got couple of 'em myself.

Samurai, there are extensions out there that work - if they don't then they're not extensions, which obviously are pin-to-pin.

If anyone wants one, I can make them up - I'm in the UK.

They all work & they work well.
However, there is no standard cable that will work right out of the box.

The PC has a shallow area to connect into,
the neo needs a longer one, as SamuraiX just said.

Here's the trick,
You buy a standard db15 cable extender,
then take a Knife, & Cut back the Plastic Sheeth over the ends.
Cut it to match the Neo's connector in size.

It's easy, takes like two minutes,
& They work great. I made mine like 3years ago.

If your carefull you can make it look very professional, & It looks fine.
Thats the great thing bout using the Black colored cables. Hides small defects.

if the answer is to go all out and manuall extend the cord, the easiest thing to do would be to cut the cord and patch a new length of wires in.
