Anyone up for rescuing this MVS-4-25 V.3 atrocity?

I just saw this disaster up on eBay. It definitely is up there with some of the worst Neo conversions I've ever seen. Bonus points for the the presumed attempt to convert the "NEO-GEO" sideart into "Egg" in the form of "EoGE"

Way overpriced as-is, but I figured somebody local might want to convince this jackass to selling it for parts/empty and rescue themselves a V.3.
