Serial numbers on Japanese system

Hi all!

I ordered a Japanese Neogeo system with the serial number of 164000.

I would like to ask you if this number can be considered an HIGH serial number or a LOW one.

I know that sound and graphics chips with a HIGH number system are better and the MVS converter can be used without problems; but there are other advantages/differences between a new and old system?

That would be closer to a middle number, it is neather high nor low.

Agreed SamuraiX. I have some 325,xxx Japanese Neo systems.
