a little more information would be good. are you trying to use this on a supergun with video encoder or are you using this with a real arcade monitor? I believe double dragon may need -5 from the power supply to work properly.

if you are using this with a video encoder then you will need a sync cleaner. old taito boards have weird sync.

I'm using it with a real arcade monitor.I test my NEO-GEO slots on these cabinet and they work perfect.
Can you tell me is NEO-GEO slot use -5V.If not, this might be my problem with Double Dragon PCB,I'll need PSU with additional -5V.But if NEO-GEO use -5V this mean that my power supply is OK

Look at the JAMMA connector's -5v pin. Do you see any traces coming from it? If so, it probably needs the -5v.

Next, follow the traces back from the sync pin on the JAMMA connector. You'll find the chip that outputs the sync signal that way.

You need a logic probe or oscilloscope to find where you are losing the signal.

No neo-geo boards do not need -5.

OK,

Since you have NO troubleshooting skills AND since I happen to have 2 Double Dragon board sets on the bench for repair, here goes...

The Sync pin on the JAMMA edge connector goes through R22 then on to pin 22 of J2 and travels through the ribbon cable to the bottom board. From there it goes to pin 3 of IC128 which is waaaay at the end of the board next to the big bank of ROMs.

The MVS does not need -5V.

Is it really that hard to look at a pin and see if anything is connected to it?

double dragon needs -5 volts for the audio op amp circuits or you get....no sound.

The sync signal of Double Dragon is about as standard as you can get in my opinion. Do you have a bootleg?
