I came across a good "how-to" video on Arcade Monitor Calibration and thought I would share it.

On most monitors there should be 3 main areas where Pots can be adjusted. Here's a breakdown:
1. Focus & Brightness Pots
2. Horizontal Position, Vertical Position, Horizontal Hold, Vertical hold, Vertical Size, Brightness, Contrast on the Monitor Chassis Board
3. Red Cutoff, Red Drive, Green Cutoff, Green Drive, Blue Cutoff, Blue Drive on the Monitor Neck Board
