I am selling some of my neo stuff because it's just sitting around. Blazing Star MVS, holograph label I believe. Pics upon request. Legit cart. Not sure which region it is. One of the nails is stripped so you can't unscrew the cart. Label is in fair condition. I can't get this to work on my super MVS converter, the sound is scratchy for some reason. I can't tell if its the cart or converter or the boards are dirty. Video plays good though. Sometimes if I switch region it plays fine. Just letting you guys know ahead of time so I'm not accused of selling a broken cart.
