I have a issue where my monitor is all wavy at about the top inch of the screen. I try adjusting it but it only looks normal if I move the screen all the way to the left. And that cuts off the left side of the screen. This only happens when I use my 2 slot board. My 1 slot and all other boards look fine. Trying to decide if I should get rid of my board and upgrade to a 4 slot. But if i'm going to have the same issue, i'm just gonna keep the board I have. What causes this? I have a 25 inch CRT monitor.

Is this an arcade monitor? If not you may need to clean up the sync signal. If you have access to an oscilloscope or frequency counter it'd still be worth comparing it with another board.

Yep. it's an arcade monitor. I have a dedicated neo cab. Any ideas what I may be able to do?
