Does the Sega STV motherboard have a 4 pin stereo port?

Looking to buy a STV motherboard. But I need to know if it has a 4 pin port for connecting a 4 pin molex stereo cable? I was looking at a friends board and it looks like it does, but it isn't labeled.

CN24 in the bottom left corner is the audio output connector.

For some reason the volume from this connector is extremely low (about 10% of line level!). It is useless.

Have you confirmed that on multiple STV boards, or just one?

I've only got the one board, however I've heard a few people complain about the volume (or lack of).
