The Last Blade Sound problems

Hello everyone. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with my latest MVS purchase. I bought the Last Blade off ebay in December. I put into both my AES and my MV-4F and both places it does the same thing. It will start the Neo Geo Max 330 blah blah fine. Then when the title screen shows up its like the normal volume is in the background but there is a loud annoying Scratch type volume sound that is much louder over the regular sound. What type of things should I be looking for?

Hmm is AES support MVS cartridges?I don't think so

I have a MVS Converter II. Thats how I play MVS games on an AES console.

Clean the cart with a pink eraser. Also when the cart is open check for broken traces on the back side of the CHA board around the 2 holes.
