Old side loader converter question

Does the old side loader converter work with Real Bout 2?

I believe the old converter works with all MVS games up to KOF 98. Games made after 1998 are encrypted and you'll need the !Arcade! converter. RB2 came out in 98, so I'm not sure if it is compatible.

I would just be safe, save a few more bucks, and get the !Arcade! converter so that you can play any game you want.
