Jeff, do you offer services for AC Adapter repairs? I've pointed out the faulty chord to my AC adapter before. I've noticed that if I even bump the chord, it messes up the picture. Could you replace the chord by any chance? Thanks.

You may want to contact !Arcade! for tech help too. Jeff has been busy coding a homebrew game, according to a recent post he made last week, and may not be able to do any tech help for a while.

The proper way to replace a cord would be to open the power supply casing and solder the new cord to the board inside the supply. Since the Neo supply units are sealed, you really can't do that. I don't recommend using spliced cables either. So, your best bet is to locate another supply, or go with a 3rd party supply.

Thanks for the help Jeff. I'm gonna send it to Arcade since they'll try to replace the cable, but if that doesn't work. 3rd Party power supplies are the way to go.
