the system was playing fine but when i updated the new firmware now the green light will turn on but the screen wont light up...can anyone help me with this?

I'm still trying to figure out how to get SNES and Genesis games onto my 1st Gen PSP-1000

All the websites have info for the 2000 and 3000 models :-(

I don't even have a psp but was reading online about the psp mini games working on ps3 this month and immediately got excited when i seen pacman championship edition announced.

I have no xbox but am a big pacman fan so this is cool to me.
