How do I fix this? Im new to this stuff and lost. The top right is not even. Another thing is you can't see it but the left side is wavy kinda like a water ripple. I've messed with the knobs in the Impress and didnt any get solution. Any Ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?

It looks like the deflection yoke needs to be rotated a few mm anti-clock (looking from rear) Alternatively you may be able to realign the bezel.
A cap kit would probably fix the ripple.

If you do decide to do the cap kit, let me know if it fixes the ripple. I have another monitor that's doing the same thing, but it's a wells gardner knock off with no documentation so I was thinking about scrapping it. I always thought having a vertical ripple going down the left side of the screen would have more likely been a half-dead resistor than a cap, but what do I know. Because this monitor has no docs I'm not sure it's worth the cap-by-cap search for replacements.
