You can find Sanwa joysticks and those buttons at either

www.gamingnow.net

both are pretty good stores.

Those buttons are Seimitsu makes, and they only make them threaded now. However I think Lizard Lick may still have some snap ins in stock.

EDIT: Sorry, I just noticed you only want Sanwa parts. I'm a Seimitsu guy myself but the Sanwa JLF sticks are nice too.

There's also some on ebay, but be warned, Lizardick is very slow at shipping orders if you want them this century, best go ebay.

Actually I just ordered parts from them last week and they shipped it the next day.
