WTB: dead mv-ic or 'reader' part

my mv-ic board seems to be fine, but it looks like somebody shoved dirty popsicle sticks or something in the slot at some point; the pins are completely mangled.
from searching threads here it doesn't look like anybody's ever found a source for the reader part, so i'm looking to see if anybody's got one kicking around (maybe on a dead mv-ic or 2-slot?)
figured it's worth a look, anyway. within north america would probably be best, as i don't want to be paying an arm and a leg in shipping costs for that one part. thanks.

Search again. Use google. There are some old threads. You can use standard PC parts to make the whole thing if you've got the patience.

i want to keep it as 'stock' as possible, so i'm hoping to find the specific part i need, although the other option might work as a temporary solution. thanks.
