Anyone else with a zune download this? Apps are free btw. Framerate is smooth, graphics seem on par with the psp.

Not to go off topic, but does anyone here know if Zune HD's can access shared network media over LAN? I thought the iPhone would have been able to do this, but then I remembered it was an iPhone.

For iPhone I use Orb. Orb server installed on a PC and the Orb app on the phone (free & free). I watch tv shows/vids, listen to music, etc off my home pc while at work every now and then. Works really well. I like it much better than TVersity and Media Center in terms of stability.

I actually just tried this out, and Orb on the PC seems to be fine, but the actual Orb app for the iPhone only lets you view a few songs in your library unless you purchase the OrbLive. Unless you do something differently?

(Sorry, I'm too new to PM people) :(

Ah didn't know that there are 3 versions now. I've been using orb for a long time now on my phone/pc... back when there was only 1 version of the app and it was just free. Don't know if it's worth it to you to fork over the 10 bucks. Truthfully, I'd only use orb if you're in range of wifi... over 3g it's just too painful imho. Otherwise it's a really nice setup.

BTW, for the songs I just browse to a folder I've got my music and hit shuffle on the app. You can also create playlists using VLC media player. Orb recognizes VLC playlists. Much easier than using the crappy web interface. I believe it can do media player playlists too, but I haven't tried.
